We have lived here for 6years now and just signed our 7th lease! We have loved the easy access to the highway, close to everything that we need. It’s beautiful and safe to walk around. Apartments are clean and quiet, love the open layouts. The staff are great and respond quickly and keep up well with replacing things like filters, etc. Parking is easy. We are looking forward to another year!

I really enjoyed living at Lamberton Lake Apartments! The location was central to all the major spots, close to Alpine, East Beltline, 10 minutes from downtown GR, and close to expressway ramps! We had a great 2 bedroom with an awesome view of the lake. I will miss watching the sun rise in the morning, for sure!

Moved in last October and it’s been the best complex we’ve lived in! They were very helpful with move in, and let us park our U-Haul in the parking lot the night before move in so we didn’t have to pay to stay longer at our old place. Maintenance is very responsive. The staff is very kind. I recommend Lamberton to everyone!

Absolutely wonderful place to live. Wildlife including herons, ducks, deer, fox, and the lake is loaded with fish and fully accessible. Grills, a beach, fire pit, and this place is connected to a nature preserve! Maintenance team is on point and management is beyond helpful.

The staff is super nice. I love that the maintenance team doesn't get mad nor makes me feel stupid when I have a drain that won't drain. They really take their time and get things done right the first time I appreciate them and love everything they do for me!

The lake is a great perk, I can see myself using the kayaks and enjoying the day. The location is pretty good and not too far from shopping. The apartments looked nice and the staff seemed pretty nice.
