Really great apartments. I have lived here for almost two years. Maintenance services are very fast, often getting a response within a day. The office also hosts events every month which is great. The view is wonderful and its great that I can go fishing in my backyard.

I’ve been living at Lamberton Lake apartments for years now and love the location and view. The lake view is beautiful and you can see it from your balcony. You can kayak on the lake in the summer. They have a small beach area along with a volley ball court and an outside fire pit. Rent is very affordable and the complex is 2 minutes away from all the major grocery stores such as Meijer, Ken’s Fruit market and Walgreens . I love to work out and there is a gym at the complex as well.

Beautiful place! I really love the view of the lake. Clean, fun, and safe environment. Trails close by to go for a nice nature walk. Lots of restaurants and stores in the area. Overall a great location!

The lake is a great perk, I can see myself using the kayaks and enjoying the day. The location is pretty good and not too far from shopping. The apartments looked nice and the staff seemed pretty nice.

I have just moved in here but I am really enjoying my time. The move-in process was very easy and communicative. The view is absolutely beautiful and it is a quiet peaceful environment.
